液壓系統(tǒng)電液比例流量閥
液壓系統(tǒng)電液比例流量閥包括比例節(jié)流閥、比例調(diào)速閥、比例旁通型調(diào)速閥等,也有直動(dòng)式和先導(dǎo)式之分。在此僅介紹一種新型的內(nèi)含流量一力反饋的比例流量閥。
圖1(a)爲(wèi)內(nèi)含流量一力反饋的比例流量閥,其工作原理是:閥的進(jìn)油口A與恒壓油源相連接,出油口B與執(zhí)行元件的負(fù)載腔連接。當(dāng)比例電磁鐵1中無(wú)電流通過(guò)時(shí),先導(dǎo)閥2節(jié)流口a關(guān)閉,流量傳感器3閥口在複位彈簧6作用下關(guān)閉,主調(diào)節(jié)器4節(jié)流口在複位彈簧7和左右面積壓力差作用下關(guān)閉。當(dāng)比例電磁鐵1通電時(shí),先導(dǎo)閥口a開(kāi)啓,控制油從A口經(jīng)液阻Ri、R2、先導(dǎo)閥口a到達(dá)流量傳感器3的底面,克服彈簧6和5的作用力使流量傳感器3的閥口b開(kāi)啓。當(dāng)液阻Rl中有油液通過(guò)時(shí),所産生的壓降使主調(diào)節(jié)器4節(jié)流口c開(kāi)啓,油液經(jīng)主調(diào)節(jié)器4的開(kāi)口c和流量傳感器3的閥節(jié)流口b流向出油口B,進(jìn)入執(zhí)行元件的負(fù)載腔。由于流量傳感器特殊設(shè)計(jì)的閥口的補(bǔ)償作用,使通過(guò)主調(diào)節(jié)器4的流量與其流量傳感器的位移之間成線性關(guān)系。流量傳感器的位移經(jīng)複位彈簧5作用于先導(dǎo)閥2在比例電磁鐵上形成反饋。這樣就形成了流量一位移一力反饋的閉環(huán)控制。若忽略先導(dǎo)閥液動(dòng)力、摩擦力和自重等因素的影響,并假定穩(wěn)態(tài)時(shí)比例電磁鐵的電磁力與複位彈簧5的彈簧力相平衡,這時(shí)所輸入的控制電流就能與通過(guò)閥的流量成正比,這樣就實(shí)現(xiàn)了流量的比例控制。
當(dāng)該閥A、B口的壓差發(fā)生變化時(shí),由于液壓系統(tǒng)主調(diào)節(jié)器和流量傳感器的流量轉(zhuǎn)換爲(wèi)流量傳感器閥芯位移,經(jīng)複位彈簧5對(duì)先導(dǎo)閥的力反饋的閉環(huán)作用,而改變先導(dǎo)閥口b的大小,在先導(dǎo)閥與Ri、R2所組成的液阻網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)主調(diào)節(jié)器節(jié)流面積的自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)作用使通過(guò)閥的流量保持恒定。圖1(b)爲(wèi)該閥的流量特性曲線。
