淺談液壓油泵流體的運(yùn)動(dòng)
衆(zhòng)所周知,液壓油泵是將原動(dòng)機(jī)的機(jī)械能轉(zhuǎn)換爲(wèi)液體的液壓能供液壓系統(tǒng)使用。液壓能是執(zhí)行器執(zhí)行有用工作所需的壓力和流量的組合。重要的是要理解,液壓能既是壓力又是流量,因爲(wèi)一個(gè)沒(méi)有另一個(gè)就無(wú)法完成工作。壓力由滯留的流體組成,流動(dòng)將沒(méi)有能量來(lái)單獨(dú)移動(dòng)流體。
液壓油泵推動(dòng)流體,就此而言,流體可以被視爲(wèi)固體,因爲(wèi)它在整個(gè)機(jī)器中傳輸,然后推動(dòng)緻動(dòng)器移動(dòng)負(fù)載。
油是可壓縮的,關(guān)鍵是,泵可能會(huì)在沙子,滾珠軸承或其他能夠形成其容器形狀的固體介質(zhì)上推動(dòng),結(jié)果仍然是力的傳遞。
力的傳遞是科斯福德定律的基礎(chǔ),該定律指出“壓力使之消失,流量就是可以産生壓力的速率?!睂?duì)于流體的運(yùn)動(dòng),壓力總是達(dá)到泵的位置。面對(duì)謬論,即壓力是對(duì)流動(dòng)的,這是錯(cuò)誤的。壓力將上升至克服下游阻力所需的壓力,但是如果壓力不是在泵處啓動(dòng),則流體會(huì)向后移動(dòng)。
液壓中的壓力是牛頓第三運(yùn)動(dòng)定律的結(jié)果,該第三定律使每個(gè)動(dòng)作都具有相等且相反的反作用力。反向力可以是加載的氣缸或流量控制器,而泵不在乎。它會(huì)隨著壓力的升高繼續(xù)推動(dòng)流體以克服阻力,即使這會(huì)導(dǎo)緻原動(dòng)機(jī)過(guò)載。
